Talking about problems can be hard for children. A child may not have the words to describe how they are feeling, or why they are behaving as they do. A child may not be able to recognise what they find difficult, or explain it to someone if asked. Play Therapy provides the expertise and time to do this through play.
I have spent my career working for the NHS as a play therapist. I can offer 1 to 1 play therapy sessions for children over the age of four. I also offer Child Parent Relationship Therapy for parents/caregivers of children from the age of 18 months old. I have space for new clients.
I'm a play therapist passionate about working with children and families.
